Some bad moments
For Riyadh, the restaurants list is small and the delivery is not free
You are playing Russian Roulette if you use this app. Sometimes the notes go through and sometimes randomly they dont. Definitely, dont order from here if you want food the way you like it.
1st & last experience. Starving since 5 pm but waited till dinner time to enjoy this stupid application service. Ordered and waited for the said delivery period, however no calls were received. When I called to follow up, the representative stated that my phone was busy!! OK?? Couldnt u try calling again?? My number was working with FULL currier coverage in a secondary device at that time and I dont use it for any calls AT ALL, this 1. 2nd, even if its busy, I got a text whenever someone tried reaching me while my phone is busy or turned off. Representative informed me that I have to wait for another hour if Id like to proceed in order to get my DELAYED order. So I cancelled it. LIERS.
My orders were lost 2 times in a row, although I got email confirmations. Totally unreliable. AVOID AND USE OTHER SERVICES.
This app hasnt been operational in about a month or so. I hate having to go online to place an order. I may as well call the company directly. Later for this app.
Tried to install and create account several times, cant enter phone number in Qatar. Always telling me user name exits
